Overview
Lost items at DIU have been managed through shared Google Sheets — a quick fix, but far from user-friendly. From unsearchable entries to confusing formats, it’s easy to miss or misplace valuable reports.
Our goal? Replace that system with something clean, smart, and designed for students.

We interviewed 15+ stakeholders
Before building, we asked real DIU students and faculty what they wanted from a lost and found system. Through informal interviews and shared forms, we gathered opinions, feature requests, and user pain points.
